We loved watching the NZ play house perform 'Puss in boots, pet detective' for us today.

Sharing our Cultures - Can you help?

In the coming weeks the Hays children are going to be discovering where we come from around the world. We will be learning about and exploring different places, languages and cultures.

If you would like to share about your culture we would love your expertise.

Please let one of the Mentors know if you can help out.

Poetry Books

Cubetto!

We have been playing with Cubetto in Hays. He is a robot that teaches us how to code. We are learning to tell Cubetto how to move to where we want him to go. We have to work together, problem solve and use our maths skills to help us. We are having so much fun with him.

Maths with the Tuis

Today we had so much fun today outside measuring our bodies in steps. 

Swimming in our PJs

The children have really enjoyed our Swimming and Water safety programme. The highlights have been catching the bus and swimming in our PJs. The children have worked really hard at changing themselves and looking after their belongings.

Swimming

We loved going on the bus today. For many of us it was the first time we have been on a bus. We loved our swimming lessons too.
